Meet the Instructor

Elaine Whiteing

My name is Elaine Whiteing. I took my first sewing class at age 11 and have been sewing ever since. My experience in sewing includes doing alterations since 1982, sewing clothing, and making quilts. I belong to the Omaha Quilters Guild and the Boys Town Mothers Guild. I have a Gammill Statler longarm machine. I am looking forward to teaching the T-shirt quilt class. My goal is that everyone finishes the quilt, though it won’t be finished in class.
