Have you seen the trendy name sweaters? It’s not as hard as you may think to create names or designs on a sweater. Register for this class, and you will be on your way to creating your own trendy sweaters.
Class Participants Will:
- Learn to Read Yarn Labels & Choose Materials
- Learn How to Create a Pattern (Demo)
- Work With Stick & Stitch Stabilizer
- Learn the Basic Chain Stitch
- Have Practice Time
Supplies Needed:
- Sweater – A mostly cotton blend is best. The poly/acrylic sweaters are too soft and can be hard to manage (especially for beginners).
- Recommended Type: A shaker knit style sweater, preferably 100% cotton, to prevent pilling or fuzzing while working.
- All other supplies are included.
