Mahjong 102 will focus on guided play, where Mary will help you develop your hand. Both classes are necessary to develop confidence in playing the game. All supplies will be provided.
Mary McBride is a former elementary school teacher who learned to play Mahjong a few years ago with a small group of friends. She found it to be an engaging and mind-stimulating game that brought people together. Combining her love of Mahjong with her adaptable skills as a teacher, Mary has taught many groups of people over the past few years. Her hope is to grow the Mahjong Community in Omaha, connecting many generations through the joy of the tiles. Mary took her instructor training through Molly Hardy in Dallas (aka Mahjong Molly), and is also a certified trainer through Oh My Mahjong.
