Class Description

Checkers and Jenga

Bring your friends, relatives and neighbors to enjoy Checkers and Jenga with other class members!

You will enjoy Checkers the first hour with different partners, which will bring smiles, challenges and opportunities to win!

Then you will have LOTS of fun with Jenga – building stacks using Jenga pieces to build a tower! You probably will experience laughs, creative moves and enjoyment!

A few complimentary prizes will be awarded to winners and non-winners. Join in the fun with the people you know or do not know! Good times!

Meet the Instructor

Elaine Heath

Elaine grew up on a farm in Schuyler, Nebraska, with 12 siblings! She always wanted to be a teacher, lived out her fantasy and is celebrating 56 years of teaching – mainly at Metropolitan Community College for the past 36 years. She has a love for life, a positive attitude and likes to help students succeed. Elaine has elations, energy and enthusiasm, when she helps people learn! Join in her fun and get enthused about the subject matter she chooses for you and likes to share with all her students – especially you!
